At lunch last week at Mexico City's sublime El Pujol, Marina Skipsey, one of Sabor's senior editors, gave me a copy of the new first anniversary issue, which features a fascinating and beautifully photographed article on the highest-quality Mexican tuna, caught in Ensenada and transported to the Tokyo fish market in a matter--- literally--- of hours. There's also an interview with Diana Kennedy, not to be missed. And: I also got the news about Sabor's international culinary festival March 7,8 and 9 in San Miguel de Allende, featuring Patricia Quintana, Rick Bayless, and Diana Kennedy. More anon.
